More About Jess

Jess, a high-achieving and highly successful individual, embodies a unique blend of fortitude and passion. As an Autistic and ADHD woman, she navigates the intersectionality of her identity with grace and determination. Her multicultural Asian heritage, and being a member of the LGBTQIA+ community, enriches her perspective and fuels her commitment to inclusivity.

Jess is not merely an observer; she is an active participant in the fight for social justice and human rights. Her advocacy extends across gender, race, and disability equality. With unwavering dedication, she amplifies marginalized voices and champions systemic change.

As an astute businesswoman, Jess possesses an intimate understanding of the toll that a high-pressure lifestyle can take on mental well-being. Her firsthand experience allows her to empathize with the challenges faced by individuals striving for excellence in demanding professional spheres.

Jess is dedicated to learning the neuroaffirming approaches that work best for high-achieving Autistic and ADHD women and practices everything she teaches, personally.

From her earliest days, Jess was involved in the world of print modeling—a journey that spanned from infancy to young adulthood. This exposure to the spotlight, coupled with her upbringing by a high-achieving, successful, and prominent mother, has uniquely shaped her perspective. It’s this blend of personal encounters and professional acumen that informs her highly-sought approach to supporting high-achieving neurodivergent women on their own journeys.

Born and raised in New York, Jess now calls the Milwaukee area home. Her upbringing by a single mother—her best friend, role model, and now business partner—shaped her determination.

Beyond her professional pursuits, Jess is an avid animal lover. Her household includes Sphynx cats, dogs, and saltwater marine animals. She shares this passion with her service dog, Wilhelmina (“Willie”), who accompanies her on her journey. Jess, along with Jodi and her service dog Minnie, is a fierce advocate for disability accommodation rights. Their collective voice echoes the importance of accessibility and inclusion.
