You need to break down that goal into bite sized pieces and achieve other little goals, on your way to achieving your big dreams, this is called “chunking.” This is the only way to avoid getting frustrated and avoid procrastination. So, pull out a piece of paper and pen and start organizing your outcomes according to commonalities. For example, write down your goals that relate to your finances, your health, your relationships at home or work. By focusing on these groups or outcomes, you will be able to chunk your time into blocks more efficiently. Your time will be used most wisely and you will feel a sense of accomplishment and the motivation that comes with focusing on what matters to you most.
